Well, it seems that I have come back to my roots and those roots are in a small town in Texas. My name is Laticia Ragle and I am a photographer. My love of art is what would eventually open my eyes to a new found passion: photography. In college, my art professor was also the head of the photography department and through her courses; I found a new way to capture moments with a photographic medium.
